SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping is free to all pre-paid domestic orders. Shipment/delivery processing of retail order starts from the day of placement of an order and will be delivered between 3-8 days, and for bulk order, the processing starts from the day of receipt of the advance payment confirmed against the order placed with HandnArt. The shipment /delivery time is an approximate time against each product and vary due to Covid. HandnArt shall not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of purchased goods by flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond the control of HandnArt. The user must agree to provide authentic and true information, to avoid any kind of delay or loss of merchandise.  Before every HandnArt product is shipped, several rounds of rigorous quality checks are performed to eliminate any possibilities of accidental deliveries and ensuring a hassle-free shopping experience for you.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

In the case of accidental transit damages of any kind within your products from HandnArt, we then request you kindly contact us. For the wrong product delivered, HandnArt will either replace the product with the right one otherwise refunds the amount for the wrong product delivered. No complaints will be entertained for the broken products lacking the parcel opening videos without pause and cuts of the products. Please make sure that the issue has been communicated to us within 7 days of receiving your product. You may raise a request on our website, or contact us via phone (+91 6378090214) or email care@handnart.com with the video and images of the damaged products clicked by you. Hand N Art SP will ensure reverse shipment for damaged goods only. Refunds will be processed within 15 days of returning the goods. No returns will be entertained apart from damage scenarios.

CANCELLATION

After having placed their order, customers may cancel their order only if the order has not been dispatched yet. We do not accept any cancellation on orders after the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.

In case of cancellation, there is no credit refund given on the purchase amount, but you may exchange it for other product(s) of the same or higher value by paying the remainder.
