This Shipping & Return Policy applies to purchases made on www.handnart.com and is governed by HAND N ART DESIGN PRIVATE LIMITED, operating under the registered brand HAND N ART®.

Our policies are designed to be transparent, fair, and aligned with the handcrafted nature of our products.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for reasons such as personal preference, minor color variations, or décor suitability.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
Products with minor variations inherent to handcrafted finishes
Items without original packaging
Clearance, sale, or discounted items (unless damaged or incorrect)

3. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return request:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Share clear images/videos of the issue along with your order number
Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days

Approved returns may be collected by our logistics partner or requested to be shipped back, depending on location and product type.

4. REFUNDS

Refunds are processed only after returned items pass quality inspection
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Processing time: 7–10 business days after approval

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. REPLACEMENTS

Where applicable, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.

6. CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled

Customized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.
